Don’t Miss Alhambra’s 21st Annual Homecoming Celebration This Weekend!

What are you doing this weekend? If you wish you had an excuse to go outside and enjoy the beautiful summertime weather, we have the perfect one for you! This weekend – Friday, June 3 and Saturday, June 4 – is Alhambra’s 21st Annual Homecoming celebration!

Come on over to Alhambra to enjoy some of the best fair food around, along with ice-cold beer and plenty of fun activities. You and your family and friends will have a blast playing various games, feeling your hair blow in the wind on our rides, and trying your hand at the ever-popular Gaga Ball. If you or your child is a ride enthusiast, invest in a $20 armband for access to all of the rides – all night long!

Oh, and you definitely don’t want to miss the parade this year! The theme is Star-Spangled Parade, so make sure to come in your best red-white-and-blue attire and cheer on all of the wonderful floats that will be passing through. Mark your calendars to watch the parade on either Friday night at 7 p.m. or Saturday night at 6 p.m. – or just go to both!

The fun doesn’t stop there. Be sure to grab a tasty corndog, lemon shake-up, or a funnel cake and enjoy awesome live music as you take in all the festivities! Agent99 will be playing Friday at 8 p.m., and Jennifer Thompson & The Harvest Drive Band will be rocking the scene on Saturday. As for the rest of the artists, well, you’ll just have to come out to see who else takes the stage!

Prepare yourself for one of the best homecoming celebrations in Madison County! Join the fun at the Alhambra Township Park for good old-fashioned fun!
